@charliermarsh pydocstyle seems to prioritise D212 if both it and 213 are selected. Can ruff handle it like that? Or even just return an error and refuse to run if conflicting options are enabled?

@JJRobsontime The problem I'm trying to solve is that it's really confusing for users if `select = ["D"]` turns on rules that conflict with one another, like D212 and D213.

Extremely specific Ruff thing: if you're someone that relies on rules D203 and/or D213, let me know! Speak now! I can't find you anywhere, and I'm hoping to drop support for them 😂

@charliermarsh Actually, now I'm back in the office I can be more specific. We ignore D203 and D212. So implicitly that enables D204 and D213. What's the developers view on keeping ruffs APIs consistent with the tools it provides?
