CyberTruck Problems, On Sunday I got a notification from my Tesla App that my CyberBeast would not DC Charge, I could not book an appointment until the Morning at 8:00 when service was available. I tried AC and Super charging and those would also not work. I went to the Tesla service center this morning with no appointment, arrived at 7:58 door closed 2 people in line, door opens exactly at 8:00 there were 3 service desks, walked over, explained I could not charge my CyberTruck, they asked for my phone number, identified the issue, said it would take a couple of days, I told them I needed a loner, showed my drivers license, and proof of insurance, Gilbert assigned me another CyberTruck, I walked over to it, it opened and had all my seat, mirror, steering wheel positions set for me, I touched the navigate to home button and the self driving prompt it drove me home, total time in the service center 15 minutes. @cybertruck I do have the CyberBeast and Tesla Solar panels, and although it is free to charge, I do lose the $0.05 that Anaheim solar does pay for my exporting excess electricity, so I do miss out on the $6.15 that 123 kWh for 320 miles of range would earn me. 😂

CyberBeast service complete same day, the PCS2, (power Conversion System 2 for 48 volt chip) was replaced. best service experience ever, so much better than, the Ford, Jaguar and Mercedes service centers I have had to use in the past. Having a loaner that adjusts the seats and steering wheel to your preferences and then the vehicles drives you home smoother than a chauffeur.

Mine went out Sunday night. Made service appointment that was scheduled 10 days out and then just dropped it off the next day at service center and was given choice between CT or a Model X loaner. Estimated completion is this Friday EOD. Also having them look at the doors’ vibration issue at highway speeds. I hear that they may still charge okay at Superchargers; but I never tried that before dropping off.

Cybertruck won’t charge over 24amp, used to be 48amp… Looks like faulty PCS2 module? I tried plugging into another level 2 charger and wouldn’t go over 24amp either Anyone else have this issue? VIN 11,000*
