We have no say, AND, as the losers, we can also get stuck with paying their legal costs to add insult to injury 👎

BUT, then the developer goes directly to the OLT to appeal, and the OLT is designed to favour the developers, not the municipality. So we lose, then they can actually change their proposal without any approvals needed from council. 1/1
