Also all of them have that dawg mentality. Even Lane, who Mossed his share of CBs at USC. Hibner can get after it as a blocker.
Young is my favorite of the group but Vega will be the future All Pro who turns the OL play around.

Overall, in review, the first 6 players the #Ravens picked this year might be my favorite group in EDC’s tenure.
They combine physicality, playmaking & all impact the passing game (EDC alluded to this). They also offer upside in different ways.
4 out of 6 picks on offense.

Still hard to believe the #Ravens came away with Zion Young in Round 2. I thought he’d be gone by end of Round 1 & didn’t see him lasting in Round 2.
He’s such a great fit. Paired with Vega — you have two intimidators who can restore the Baltimore Bully mentality. A+ grades.

@devpanchwagh The one thing I do like about the pick is that he offers a different skill set and profile than the other WRs on the team. It will be interesting to see what Doyle and Colbert are able to do with him.

Lane connection with Keary Colbert is worth noting. He was a WR coach with USC in 2021. Former player there. He’s got intel of course. He looked pumped in the war room.
