@Srirachachau He used to do this thing in interviews where he’d make up nonsense about her (she used to be a nun; she had 7 children when they met) and it strikes me as one of the most sweet and romantic things I’ve ever seen ❤️

@staticbluebat Heart of The Saturday Night is one of the greatest albums ever made. As surreal as it is hearing Tom Waits with a clear voice it does give a glimpse into how his later work is an evolution of his more folksy poetic musings of his first two albums

Trying to think of books where the film adaptation is considered vastly superior in quality. An odd one would probably be The Bridges of Madison County which consistently is picked as one of Clint's best directed films but the novel is usually considered mediocre at best
