What a retarded take. During the season, NFL players have very light practices, mostly spent going over their opponents' plays for that week. They do not lift heavy during the season. They get destroyed during games hence why they only play 1 game a week and 17 a year. And they still get injured constantly. Maybe you, on enough gear to kill a horse, doesn't have to worry about over training. For the rest of us who aren't addicted to anabolics, over training is very real.

Honest question. Does anyone at your gym seriously look at risk of over training? NFL players practice for 3 hours, then lift weights, and play games on Sundays. You don’t hear of them stressing about overtraining, do you? If anything, most people are under-training.
