I plan to write more frequently about mental health here and possibly on my blog. It's important to destigmatize mental health treatment. The world we live in is bananas, and nobody deserves to go at it alone.

My first therapy session in over 2 years is this afternoon! I was in rough shape when I began therapy in my 20s and am happy to be returning to it as a healthier person today. Also, all the money I earn through my blog will go toward therapy or freelance expenses.
