@TSoS_ Like any of Villeneuve's movies, this will also be another one where every frame could be considered a 10/10 wallpaper, and could be hanged in a photography/cinematography museum.

Greig Fraser is one of the greatest living cinematographers and both Dune movies have looked utterly incredible through his lens.
Linus Sandgren feels like a perfect match for Dune: Part Three. His cinematography perfectly sets it apart from the first two movies, but in a way that still feels completely in line with the world they established.
You can tell that Denis Villeneuve has a distinct vision of his Dune and his cinematographers adapt to that brilliantly. I am beyond grateful that this trilogy was shot by two of our greatest living cinematographers, who made each entry feel unique and coherent.

Being geniunely interested in the books that I read pulls me out of the need to check my phone like nothing else.
Once you successfully develop the muscle to enjoy longer/convoluted storylines, scrolling for fun seems incredibly boring.

There exist moments throughout the day during which the mind is calm and is at its most creative state; it would not be unwise to spent some time thinking and journaling about why exactly these moments came to fruition in the first place, so that the mind can calibrate and more easily reproduce them in the future.

Defend the intermediate and pursue a skill to a mediocre level. Spread yourself out.
Go down a rabbit hole on a random topic such as language, come back; read about Viking history, come back again; practice Brahms for two hours on the piano.
Submerge yourself temporarily into multiple topics, not becoming in expert in any one of them, because a life spent on satisfying your curiosity is a life worth living.

I'm convinced nobody gets any actual work done in these environments. A healthy mind looks at the view beyond and does everything in its power to untether from the device and jump into a crystal blue body of bliss, bask in the sun, and read a good novel while snacking on fruit.
You need isolation if you want to generate external progress i.e. project, business, etc.
If you wish to work on your health or on your body, just go without the device. Mixing rarely works.

- do weighted pullups until you can't feel your arms anymore
- go to sleep ACTUALLY tired, not exhausted from staring at 47 screen, multitasking on 7 projects and not following a single thought until its completion
