@MKBHD On the fence. On the one hand quieter cars and quiet streets is nice. On the other, Pimp My Ride put in a kit that let a guy make his Honda Civic sound like a Ferrari or Lamborghini or Mustang and that was cool.

@WineFolly Don't be intimidated by fancy descriptors or feeling like there is a right way or wrong way to do it. Just be 'intentional.' Enjoy the wine but think about the sensory experience beyond "I like this" or "I don't like this" or "it's wine."

@WineFolly Cheese/creme brulee. Been getting it very strongly with some cru beaujolais lately, I assume it's a combination of malolactic fermentation and oak but when it's there it's there

There is a tastier way to solve this problem… you toast the outside of the tortilla on a flattop/dry pan

@WineFolly Kechris makes a fabulous Assyrtiko retsina called Tear of the Pine that will change your (in most cases dated) impression of retsina.
