Our Côté Gold team attended the @JOATevent designed to foster a better understanding and appreciation for skilled trades in young female students and inspire them to consider a career in the sector. A $1,000 scholarship was awarded to Avery Barnes by IAMGOLD. Way to go, Avery!

Last week, 26 AMDSB students who identify as female attended the Jill of All Trades event at Conestoga College. Participants enjoyed hands-on skilled trades workshops and guest speaker Mandy Rennehan. Another #JillOfAllTrades event will be held in the spring.
