@davidmedinapdx @kevinvdahlgren It’s extremely difficult to understand how he has not publicly addressed this issue while still screaming from his soap box about over spending and tax payer dollars being wasted when he contributed so heavily to the abuse and now profits even further off the homeless community.

@davidmedinapdx @kevinvdahlgren He would forge documents in the names of fictional individuals and claim he was getting services for them while simply enriching himself by purchasing food, gas, who knows what else. All while being paid an insanely high salary for the average Oregon citizen, paid by tax payers..
