For example, dairy products are covered under NAFTA and have zero tariffs. A tariff would only apply if import quotas are exceeded, which has never happened.

Mon intervention était une pure réaction étonnée devant une certaine photo. Je suis déçu mais pas surpris. Car l'émission de Lepage n'a plus pour mission de susciter - même provoquer - des débats costauds mais équilibrés avec confrontations parfois acerbes, contrairement à ce qu'était l'émission française de Thierry Ardisson qui a servi de modèle à notre propre version maintenant dégriffée de TLMP. La démonstation la plus claire de ça est le rôle de "fou du roi" tel que pratiqué ici, à 1000 lieux de ce que faisait Laurent Baffi dans la version original. Autres pays, autres moeurs. Cela dit, je comprends Lepage: on est au Québec, pas en France, notre monde du divertissement se veut amical et le moins confrontationnels possible... sauf quelques hallalis de bon ton ici et là pour faire bonne mesure.
