@leon_metlay @ClevelandClinic Based on my google search (just now), KD is a congenital/ developmental anomaly. I was able to find a case report of a living 5-month old with KD but I have yet to see it at autopsy. Something to think about and look out for in future cases 🤔. Thanks!

I saw a recent tweet (I think from @ClevelandClinic) about aberrant rt. subclavian artery. 1/3 of their patients (all adults) had Kommerell Diverticulum. I see ARSA often in autopsies of children with CHD and I've never seen a KD. Is KD acquired, not congenital? #Pedipath
