When you make an accidental mistake in prepping gDNA, continue anyways, and despite very low concentrations the nanodrop still gives you that sweet 160 curve (these are transfections I can’t easily get more cells 😬)

Last night my agenda for my 1-on-1 with my advisor became a loose outline of plans, timelines, & deliverables for my thesis & collabs to review how I plan to prioritize my time. Not overwhelmed at all actually excited? There’s a LOT of work but the light at the end is brighter???

The love & pride I have over this event occurring on campus during these times overpowers how saddened I am to see the negative & hateful backlash from current students, alumni, & randoms witnessed across social media platforms. Thank you PSU for providing a space for pride
