@chucktodd Chuck, Republicans control the entire government of Texas and the entire federal government. So trying to blame "both sides" rings quite hollow here.

The choice is simple – Republicans can choose to help families put food on the table, or they can vote to give tax breaks to billionaires. It shouldn't even be a question.
