@JRMarks07

I closely follow the New England Revolution for some reason. Personal views (not employer's)

@RevsTimC @RevsWolves I actually agree. They also just need a stronger lineup, which will come in time. It's obvious they need a third striker, a winger, better central midfield depth (replacing Yueill), and better outside back depth (replacing Sands). I'm sure Onalfo knows this. It'll come

@RevsWolves I was confused by that as well, but I’m hesitating to say “stupid coach” when I very much am starting to like what I’m seeing.

Clearly in the minority, but saw a lot of positives from the #NERevs tonight. Feels like goal #1 is from the team still learning the system. Goal 2 sucks, and goal 3 was sloppy but also incredible. The fact is the attack clicked a good bit. Langoni starting to look DANGEROUS.

@JRMarks07 @alanfranklin At first I thought it was just one map on top of another but then I slowly realized absolutely nothing makes sense. It’s just AI slop… meant to attract jobs to Pueblo 😵‍💫

The City of Pueblo has a new “streamlined” approach to economic development, but the map is frying me.

@TafadzwaTheGr8 @FRHoffmann1 On this occasion yes it would have. The DS interceptor seems to have hit the missile behind the war head. Thats why the iron dome system launched as well. Sometimes the iron dome engages large missile fragments even after full missile interceptions.

One of the wildest intercept videos I have ever seen. First glowing projectile: very likely a Stunner interceptor launched from David’s Sling, climbing toward the incoming MRBM warhead. Second glowing projectile: the incoming MRBM warhead descending toward the ground, evading the interceptor. Third glowing projectile entering from the right: very likely a Tamir interceptor launched from Iron Dome, approaching the MRBM warhead on a near-horizontal trajectory and successfully destroying it. In fact, you can see the interceptor’s flight path begin with a very shallow climb before reversing and flying toward the ground on a very shallow descent. The trajectory and intercept must have occured at the very limits of the system’s safety envelope. H/T to @Etienne_Marcuz for the video.

@FRHoffmann1 @planefag are we sure this isn't remnants of an already destroyed missile? Basically the Tamir interceptor is chopping it up more?

@Footy_In_NE_Fan @jcasella31 It's not the only move they need to make, nor the only one they likely do. But it's a pretty locked in starter for the next few months and a solid depth piece beyond if all goes well in summer window

@Footy_In_NE_Fan @jcasella31 because he is an instant upgrade in that position. Remember, the current alternative is Griffin Yow. We don't know his salary but it's likely around $1m. My assumption here is that as soon as they need the cap space or roster spot, they buy out Jackson Yueill.

🚨 IRAN CONFLICT DAY 4, HERE’S WHAT JUST HAPPENED: No signs of de-escalation. It’s getting worse. – Israel just launched a GROUND INCURSION into southern Lebanon. 91st Division deployed at “strategic points” along the border. First ground operation in Lebanon since 2006. – IDF is running simultaneous strikes on Tehran AND Beirut. Two wars on two fronts. – Hezbollah launched a swarm of drones at an Israeli airbase at dawn today. – Israel k*lled a senior IRGC Quds Force commander in a Beirut airstrike overnight. He was the key link between Iran and Hezbollah. – Al-Arabiya reporting Israeli special forces and Mossad operatives active on the ground INSIDE Iran overnight. Unconfirmed but massive if true. – Iran death toll now at 787. Rising fast. – Qatar shot down 2 Iranian Su-24 fighter-bombers. Gulf states are now actively engaging Iranian military assets. – US Embassy in Riyadh hit by 2 Iranian drones. Embassies in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia both closed until further notice. – State Dept ordered evacuation of non-emergency personnel from 6 countries. Told Americans in 15 Middle East countries to “depart now.” – Congress aiming to vote on a war powers resolution this week. – Trump says the US is “substantially ahead of schedule.” Rubio says “the hardest hits are yet to come.” Now the market fallout: – S&P futures down 1.5%. Nasdaq futures down 2%. Dow futures down 705 points. – South Korea’s Kospi crashed 7.24%. Largest drop in 19 months. Samsung down 10%. – Saudi Aramco shut down Ras Tanura, their LARGEST refinery. 550,000 barrels/day offline after Iranian drone strike. – QatarEnergy halted ALL LNG production. European natural gas futures spiked 40%. – Insurance companies cancelling war risk coverage for any vessel entering the Persian Gulf. Shipping is frozen. – Oil up for a 3rd straight day. Analysts warning $100+ if Hormuz stays closed. – Defense stocks only green on the screen. South Korean defense names surging 20-30%. Day 4. Two active ground wars. Energy infrastructure under attack. The next few days and weeks will be EXTREMELY volatile. Don’t worry, I’ve been in this game for more than 20 years, and I’ve been through worse. I’ll keep you updated on everything. Turn on notifications so you don’t miss any important updates. A lot of people will wish they followed me sooner.

@Ballknower3350 I mean thats fair but i see them as longer term projects. My concern is not signing winger or striker depth beyond Yow. I am also concerned Yuell remains on the roster. But i get your point these were signings in non priority placesee

Very odd lineup decisions, especially sitting feingold and yusuf. I hope either they werent match fit or coach quickly learned his lesson because that was ugly. #Nerevs

People are upset the #NERevs made money off an international slot they weren’t going to use for 6 months?

@revolutioncntrl Correct. The roster needs bolstering and this move limits options. What’s not to be upset about?

@pureprenup @mpeltz Additionally personal notes are potentially discoverable even if not from AI as there is no attorney client priviledge with oneself for pro se litigants

@pureprenup @mpeltz This isnt right. You dont have a reasonable expectation to privacy of information disclosed under terms of use that do not provide that privacy.

Judge Rakoff just issued a written order affirming his bench decision, that: 1.Claude is not an attorney, so no attorney-client relationship exists. 2.The communications were not confidential given that Anthropic’s privacy policy permits data collection, use for training, and disclosure to third parties including government authorities. 3.Heppner was not seeking legal advice from Claude (which itself disclaims providing legal advice), even if he later shared outputs with counsel. 4. On work product doctrine: Even assuming the documents were prepared in anticipation of litigation, they were not prepared by or at the behest of counsel, nor did they reflect counsel’s strategy. Heppner acted on his own volition, so Claude was not functioning as counsel’s agent. Key takeaway: as discussed over the past week, the novelty of AI does not exempt its use from longstanding legal principles. Professionals and litigants should be aware that their AI conversations may be discoverable. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
