US Bank, $USB: -6% This comes after New York Community bank, which acquired the collapsed Signature Bank, cut their dividend by 70%. They also posted a quarterly LOSS of $260 million while a $250 million GAIN was expected. Then, NYCB announced a "material weakness in internal controls." Did regional banks ever really recover?
