Go for the biggest dead cap of all time and field a worse team than 2019 on paper just to cleanse as much of the Grier BS as we can. I don’t even care about tanking or getting high draft picks. I just want the reset as fast as possible so Sully and Haf can at least have a chance at what they want to build. This also includes no Malik Willis btw. I’d rather just field Ewers with some other experimental option.

@StumpyGoblin Imagine quantifying the difficulty of your game by how many people a pro can beat. Jynzxi scored a goal against a “pro” in 12 tries. Rocket league is hard because it has a non-transferable skill set, fps are harder because people been training their whole life. RL brain Andy LOL

You're completely ignorant and/or uninformed if you think OVERWATCH has a higher skill gap than Rocket League 🤣 it's not even the highest skill FPS game... Put 7 amateurs against 1 pro in OW and the pro WILL lose. A RETIRED pro beat 7 amateurs in RL. It's not even close 😅
xQc Daily@xQc_dailyy

xQc responds to Jynxzi saying Rocket League is the game with the highest skill gap 👀 "Overwatch. You need to adjust in real time, while strat-eye-gizing, and communicating. By far the most complex aiming style. It's by far the hardest."

@WATCHHOLLIE Are you playing one game or variety? I was doing one game and having success and as soon as I did one different game. Numbers tanked. Went back to main game. Low numbers still. Basically cooked it for me. Just curious if variety is possible.

Tips for streamers who multistream on tiktok: - Go live on Twitch first, then TikTok - Ask early (first 10 min) for likes/heart-me/shares/comments -Say you’re new to TikTok + say “thats my 1st/2nd/3rd/etc ever galaxy/heart-me!" (If its true) -Ragebait titles work -Use text on screen like “Streaming until # viewers” -Add rewards for goals (ex: 100k likes = dance party) -Talk constantly -Prioritize TikTok chat (shorter attention spans) -Keep the game screen away from chat overlay -TikTok Live Studio is annoying but better than plugins for growth -Post a TikTok before going live Feel free to ask me any questions!!! I've gained 2k followers in 2 months and my last stream I averaged 50 people

If you don’t work at YouTube you cannot possibly know the algorithm guys. Dont listen to me or other successful people. If they aren’t an employee, they don’t know what they’re talking about 🫩 That’s like saying I don’t know how to do taxes because I don’t work in taxes.

@nuttylmao @AitumTV So I would have to set this up and just record this side instead of the whole stream like I’ve been doing? Does the file keep audio tracks the way it is now? Saw what you said about Premier so not sure if your script would change that answer. Thank you!

If you’re a streamer that edits their VODs into high quality YouTube videos, this is HUGE. You can finally record multi-track videos — right in OBS — thanks to a new plugin from @AitumTV You can stream with all your fancy alerts and overlays *while* recording a clean copy of your webcam and gameplay on separate video tracks — all in a *single* file. It’s a bit rough around the edges at the moment, but I’ve put together a guide to set this all up. Full details in the replies 👇

Yep! You got the right idea. The quantity post is more of a general guideline or a reframing for streamers who don't know how to approach YouTube. It's tough trying to create educational content because there's so much nuance with everything. Even with this post, there were so many things I wanted to add that I had to delete because otherwise it would lose the focus and overwhelm the readers. 😅

Streamers have an unfair advantage on YouTube right now. The 2026 algorithm is prioritizing exactly what you already do. Long-form, authentic, and HUMAN content. But most streamers don't know how to package it for YouTube. So let me break down what actually matters so you can start growing! ---- This year, YouTube has shifted hard toward authentic, long-form content. They're actively deprioritizing AI-generated and faceless videos. What they want are real humans creating real content. Videos that are 20+ minutes long and can build genuine connection with viewers. So what matters now? Simply put, it's more emphasis of the same: - How long someone watches - How they engage (comments & shares) - If they come back to watch more of your videos But why is there an emphasis on longer videos? That's because AI-Slop is ruining short form content for everyone. We're flooded with them. YouTube knows people don't like it and it's bad for business. Looking at viewership trends, people care more about authenticity and real human connection more than ever. And it's gonna keep on trending that way the more AI is integrated into our society. That's why long form is the best kind of video to accomplish this! The good thing is you already do long-form that's heavily personality based. You just need to package it right and get it on YouTube consistently. Streamers who make this shift, focusing on the RIGHT things and consistent output over production polish, will definitely see way more traction than ever before on YouTube. So what does "packaging it right" actually look like? From hundreds of hours of research and studying the best practices are to focus on a few things: - Topic - Title - Thumbnail - Hook That's it! Everything else is noise. And these aren't as complicated as other people make it seem. Let's break each of them down --- Topic & Framing Pick a topic people care about. Then frame it in a way that makes them need to watch. Everything else flows from this. Meaning if you get this right, the title, thumbnail, and hook should be super easy to do. Titles The first 50-60 characters matter most. This is because people read from left to right. So you want to front load the most important stuff first. You want to make it as easy to understand what the video is about as possible. Bonus points if you're able to word it in a way that people search for stuff. Thumbnails (Keep It Simple) You don't need to be an amazing designer. Just like titles, you just need to be VERY CLEAR. If a person sees the thumbnail and doesn't know what the video is about, something else will grab their attention. No more than 3 subjects. One main subject to draw attention. Sometimes you can break this rule to have maybe 5-6 but we're not trying to over complicate things in the beginning. I've been asked this so many times. "Do I need my face on there?" "Do I need a silly reaction face?" Face helps, but only if it's relevant. Like if you're making a video essay about a topic that's not yourself, then your face doesn't need to be the focus right? In terms of text. It should be 1-3 words max. The more words, the smaller you have to make them. Remember that thumbnails appear in multiple mediums. So you have to consider if the smallest possible version. Easy to see, read, and understand at a glance. Clarity beats cleverness. Editing Simple and curated beats overproduced. Cut the fluff. Keep the energy. Don't add effects just to add effects. I'm sure you've heard all about retention editing. And there is merit to that. But right now you're not trying to do all that. Especially when you don't have any retention graph data. Just focus on making a good valuable video rather than focusing on squeezing every second of attention out of your viewers. You're not competing on production value. You're competing on connection. And if you think you're not "good enough" on camera? You stream for hours. The footage is already there! That's more reps than most YouTubers will ever have. The skill is already there, you just need to package it. --- If you can get it on YouTube consistently and increase the rate of posting, you'll starting seeing growth. (read my other post about quantity > quality) Here's your move. Pick a good segment from your stream. Preferably a moment where there's a lot of talking. Even while you're gaming. We love yap sessions here. Don't overthink the edit, just post asap! If you want some feedback, show me what you're working with. I'll tell you if the framing is strong. And if you want more on YouTube growth for streamers, follow along! I'm gonna be writing A LOT more. Thanks for reading :)

@XenosKing Thanks so much for the reply. I think it does fall under the second version. Think Ludwig/Joe Bart/XQC streams. Watches things. Plays games. Watches things. So I’ve been separating them because I thought that exact thing. But saw your quantity post so just wanted to be sure.

Starting out, I recommend putting everything onto one channel, as long as those things are kind of related. You're doing reactions to game trailers and anything within the video game industry, within the niche or genre that you specialize in. That's totally fine! If you're reacting to random TikTok videos, music, something completely unrelated to gaming, then I would put a separate channel for that. Because the thing is, each video is actually individually rated by the algorithm. So it low-key doesn't really matter as long as the videos on your channel have things in common. You have to consider the human factor of people wanting to check out your channel for more videos, and if it's all over the place, then most likely they won't continue to watch videos from your channel.

@bprintco Anyone try it for anything content related around videos yet? I’d want it to analyze clips I give it and organize the files in by date and topic. And would it be able to do simple things in Premiere Pro?

Let me try to explain what Claude Cowork actually means in the simplest way possible. Not for SaaS founders. Not for AI Twitter. For the guy who owns a landscaping company with 20 employees. This is not just some desktop organizing demo like you’ve probably seen. Claude Cowork is an employee that lives inside your computer. You attach it to your browser. You show it how you do a task. You give it your SOPs. You record the workflow once... with context. And then it just does it. On a schedule. Forever. Let’s say you have a production manager. Every morning he - logs into Housecall Pro or Jobber - reviews the schedule - assigns crews - decides what equipment goes where - determines arrival times - messages foremen - confirms labor and inventory That’s a lot of human decision making. Now imagine you train Claude on: - your SOPs - how you make those decisions - how your CRM works - how your team is structured Claude can now: - open your CRM - review the schedule - assign crews - schedule equipment - notify employees - update job notes - log changes Automatically. Every morning. Your production manager is now just an exception handler, if you even need him anymore. Now let’s talk about the small business owner. You and a couple guys grinding stumps. You need social media. You know it matters. You don’t have time. And you don’t want obvious AI images. So instead: - you snap a photo on site - it uploads to iCloud - Claude grabs it - analyzes top performing posts in your industry - writes the caption - formats it for ads - posts it You just created a social media manager. No agency. No content calendar. It goes way deeper than this. - Customer communication - Follow ups - Scheduling - Lead routing - Quoting workflows - Document handling - Invoice processing - Collections - Reviews - Reporting If a human currently does it on a screen… it can be automated inside the tools you ALREADY USE. It's about to get wild out here.

I’m principled in thinking, if you’re paying someone $53 million, he plays every single snap as long as he’s upright. Playing for pride / evaling younger players shouldn’t change that at all.
