I am not selling $VG or $next here. These companies are in their infancy, and are not being awarded the $1b/MTPA valuation I expect. Traders should consider taking some profit, investors should determine what and why they invested in the first place. VG export capacity should reach 120+mtpa in 2035 timeframe NextDecade should reach close to 40mtpa from the Rio Grande project (assuming 10 trains eventually) by 2035. This would mean share prices north of $50 for $VG and $NEXT before any buybacks are taken into consideration.

$1.9 billion of HUD money was just recovered after being misplaced during the Biden administration due to a broken process.
