I would like to inform the general public that the man seen in the TikTok video, allegedly violating and abusing a young boy to the extent of causing him to vomit during the incident, has surrendered himself to our offices. He is currently under questioning and investigation by CID regarding these serious allegations involving a minor. It is believed that the suspect may have drugged the young victim prior to carrying out these abusive actions. I therefore appeal to the investigators to handle this matter with the utmost seriousness, diligence, and transparency to ensure justice is served. Let us all respect the laws of the land and uphold the dignity and rights of others. Abuse in any form is unacceptable and must be condemned by all. Bible Verse: “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.” Proverbs 31:8.

Proverbs 11:10. highlights that when the righteous succeed, the city rejoices, and when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy or celebration.  This only happens to people who were uncouth during their life on earth. You reap wat u sow. Why is it that some people die and the whole nation mourns? Then another dies and there’s massive celebrations? Dear Minister, did you know Its also uncouth to kill, torture abduct innocent ugandans and surrounding the home of the main opposition president candidate with security operatives and deny them food access and their family..?? if these kind actions dont stop, Ugandans will continue to celebrate whatever thing that happens to you. It's also uncouth to be corrupt n misuse taxes by giving yourselves big salaries n allowances yet hospitals are understaffed with inadequate supplies. When you steal/misuse funds that were meant for the public, you technically become a murderer. No one feels sorry when a murderer dies. You can’t preach culture to people who have buried their loved ones in silence. Sometimes relief comes not from joy, but from the end of an oppressor. Always Be the person that will be missed by many when u are gone and not celebrate your death because to them, it’s relief.
