I deal with general contractors regularly. I always play dumb. Its my super power. When people think you are dumb they become more authentic in who they are. Thats how I see who is honest and who lies. I hide that I generally know as much as them, and so you see them lying.

Its the same thing. Just adapt and teach AI about your business and have it answer these frequently asked questions.

I googled “handyman man near me” Needed an outdoor TV mounted and hung (Before you make fun of me, I tore my shoulder labrum and can’t do it myself). I call this guy on Google - sounds like he’s 80 years old. Says he’ll have someone come over tomorrow and hang it for $100-$200. Cool. Some guy shows up, hangs it. I ask what I owe him and he says the 80 year old will send me an invoice. Now I’m curious. I ask what the relationship is between he and the old guy. He said the old guy gets him leads (and a bunch of other handyman all over the area) and takes half the pay. This old man is out there running Google ads taking half of every job and doing no work. I’m not sure this is even legal in California but he’s doing it and I think he’s crushing it.

People don’t get it what I have been preaching for the last 10 years. Apparently you do and I applaud you. People get high when their 401K soars. I’m like okayyyy but can you touch it ? No you can’t until you have lived 85% of your time Brutal reality of your 401K I cashed out and paid just the income taxes because if you wait until your balance grows over $1Mm you’re going to pay a shit lot of income taxes. I bought a lot of real estate and now and the cash flow I generate doesn’t get taxed! I’ve never liked those 401K. It was a scam for me and I wasn’t going to fall for that trick.

Guys wife tells him if he likes the watch to buy it … guys wife finds out it’s 250k calls him insane and now he can’t buy it. Married men, in what world do you find it acceptable that your wife can dictate how you spend the money you make? We met a couple tonight at the hotel. Nice people. I see he's wearing a Richard Mille and I strike up a conversation with him about it. We're talking about watches and I'm not telling him I hate RMs. He asks me if I wanted to try it on and I take my watch off and put it on. OK, so... It turns out I love them. Wife sees how much I like it and says "aww, it's cute and looks good on you. You should buy one." My heart is exploding. It's out of my price range, but I'm blinded by how much I love it. The guy is agreeing with her, I should totally buy one. I'm ignoring the fact that at most, my wife thought it was maybe 20k. We're in our room and I'm looking up RMs on the secondary market. I show her one and she says "I love that one, get it." I'm sweating. She's enabling my mania. I'm in some alternate universe because no way is she telling me to buy it. I'm showing her all the ones I like, picture after picture. Like a kid explaining his Christmas list to his parents. The details, everything. I show her this RM 011. I say I really want this one. She says "just buy it." Then she finally becomes inquisitive. She asks, "How much is?" I mumble and say "around 250" I know my chances are blown. She asks, "Why are you even talking about it? That's so cheap." I tell her it's about 250k. She looked at me like she just found out I had a 57 IQ. The look she gave me was indescribable. She looked at me like she found out I was a serial killer. She just responded with "Are you fucking insane? Are you an actual crazy person?" Anyway, I'm not getting the watch. It was fun to own, even in my head for an hour.
