ICE gettin it done either way. You love to see it. This individual was arrested on disorderly conduct and refused to walk. ICE solved that problem. Democrats will complain about ICE using a utility cart when this individual wouldn't walk, but they don't complain about the disorderly conduct and this individual refusing to cooperate with law enforcement..
