@MarkBski Because us cool kids just do remember it. 😎 We were a CBS family, so I saw this when it first ran. My dad was not a fan, BUT he thought "Hillbillies" was hilarious.

@JWRIII YES! G A, Petticoat Junction, & Beverly Hillbillies were all commingled. I remember Granny running past the Cannonball. Why I should remember that from 50+ years ago, I have no idea.

I'm beginning to think much of the humor of Green Acres went over the head of 12 year old me.

@perthovalman @AlexTran677026 It was 2024 before I made myself watch it. The original 2 are so perfect, and all the grumbling about III sort of kept me away. I did chuckle when Andy Garcia & Bridget Fonda appeared as they were in EVERY movie made around that time... It was an okay film...
