If you had $250,000 cash and sold options with it… You can generate $4k to $5k per month There will be drawdowns in the account in a down market But on average you can generate $4-5k per month of income Option Selling is very powerful

Sold this $NBIS June $85 naked put today for $171. Tying up $850 for the chance to make $171 🫡 Option selling is the best. $NBIS closed at $147.16 today. This means this position is $62 out of the money. $NBIS either drops 40% quickly or I keep my $171!

Bough a property at the end of 2025. Did a cost segregation study and took a boat load of depreciation. Just got my K1 for -$38,000. Paying the government less taxes is an addictive feeling. Might have to buy a property every year.
