Not even remotely close. Pick pretty much any topic, like tollhouses for example. What is the consistent Orthodox teaching on those? What about anathemas? Do the lists line up? Are all non Orthodox anathematized? Depends which group you ask. They even anathematize each other pretty regularly. With the LCMS you actually have unity of doctrine, though not every church manages to follow it. Between CTCR documents and the Book of Concord the theology is quite consistent for people who follow it. What is such an example of a compilation of ways the Orthodox understand the faith?
