I know it’s different phases of play etc. but IMO our inability to end attacks with shots on goal is the biggest contributing factor to us conceding so many.

@Naylor94 All three are doing decent, but I don’t think they left us with better reputations, more so that they’ve just gone on to do better now because the environment they’re playing in is better than the one we have. Club were happy enough/wanted to let all three go elsewhere

I make it that Gills have made about 50 permanent signings since we got relegated in 2022. How many of those 50 have left the club with a better reputation than when they joined? I think probably just Dom Jefferies. Makes it a hard sell for players joining in the summer #Gills
