The last decade was a mess for Uganda. People with values felt like fools. Everything about cutting corners
They ruined the country so bad that they are now scampering looking for spheres of competence. Challenge will be finding good talent that still believes in public service

Its interesting that for the last three years we have been hosting star gazing events but not many people care to come through even when the events are mostly free.

In Jinja, John Wataka was tested HIV positive by TASO in 2016 and was immediately enrolled on ARVs until 2023.
In 2022 when Wataka wanted to access his NSSF, the fund tested him and he was HIV negative.
