@angel2015m @ScotRail The Borders service is a shambles today. I was going for the 11.30 from Shawfair…. CANCELLED… went for the 12.02…. It was Full couldn’t get on because it was only 2 carriages. Who puts 2 carriages on in December on a Saturday when you’re cancelling trains?!

@ScotRail At Eskbank and was waiting on 11.55 to Edinburgh. Only 2 carriages and crammed. Most people including me, couldn't get on. Why would there only be 2 carriages into Edinburgh at this time of year!

I’m devastated to find out my sold out Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 show at St. Mary’s cathedral this Friday is having to be postponed 🥺 Will have more details in a few hours I just wanted to give everyone a heads up who bought a ticket . We are working on a new date 🙏🏻

@ScotRail the heat on the tweedbank to Edinburgh train is unbelievable, is there no aircon? Such a busy train it’s disgusting to be on.

@Jachope Hi Jac, if the windows on the train don't open then the unit will be fitted with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system. This brings in fresh air from outside and it's filtered too. ^Megan

@HabitatUK I’m so disappointed, I received an email saying my item was back in stock, ordered it, 3 times it was supposed to be delivered but Panther never received it and now an email from you saying it’s discontinued. Terrible way to run a company. So annoyed

@HabitatUK I’ve just received a large mirror delivered by @Hermesparcels absolutely smashed to bits in a ripped box. The driver said he couldn’t take it away without a label. Can you please tell me how to return this and how I go about getting a new mirror send out. Thanks Jac

Absolutely gutted to announce my show (and amazon prime recording) at The Kings Theatre, Edinburgh will be postponed. We will get new dates sorted and be back in touch with more details. It’s a life long dream of mine to record a show in my hometown - we will make this happen!

@ScotRail 2 carriages on the busiest train from tweedbank this morning and then it stops at Waverley?? Why ? Surely there should be more carriages than that. People got left on the platform again at Newcraighall and Brunstane
