@AmazonHelp I can't buy anything through Amazon Prime. I have many wasted hours speaking to customer service team each time tell me someone will call me back. Never happened. The only action was to lock me out! This has gone on over a year, Stop taking my money!

@AmazonHelp On multipIe occasions was told that the case would be looking into by the technical team and they would contact me. Unfortunately the only email I have from amazon in the junk box is a fake phishing email so no.
