@JackCSLewis

Apparently I have a low tolerance for mediocrity, that's how a old colleague described me, and it seems right enough. Have been known to change my mind...

@nyaraVT @jk_rowling It's not being reduced to anything, no one is saying it's not MORE than biology. You're the one reducing women to being basically nothing at all, just a whim/thought on how one expresses themselves on a particular day. That's not wild at all, amirite?

@jk_rowling You know this isn't the definition Also it's absolutely wild to reduce something as complex as a person's gender and identity to reproduction I feel sorry for you that you resent your own body and identity so much, but this doesn't give you the right to abuse vulnerable people

If being female requires you to produce large gametes then you're not a "biological woman." Women are more than their reproductive roles and feminists have been arguing that for decades. Trans women support this view, while you reinforce the patriarchal sexist roles.
J.K. Rowling@jk_rowling

Being biologically female means having a body that is observably organised to produce large gametes (eggs), as opposed to a body organised to produce small gametes (sperm). A woman is female whether her eggs have been fertilised or not. A man can never be female.

AI is so popular because it gives uncreative people the illusion that they are creative. It lets them skip right to the part where they get validation. It’s not only parasitic, but extremely narcissistic.

Antisemitism to me is a sure proof that God exists and the Bible is true. It’s a clear form of demonic possession—a spiritual sickness that can take over even the finest people and turn them into drooling lunatics. It progresses until there’s nothing left but Jew hate.

@JoelWBerry Not understanding the relative unpopularity of a genocidal state is a moral sickness indicative of serious mental deficiencies. I guess if demons are involved this would mean the total opposite of these demons would have to exist... coz... reasons... and deficiencies.

@JoelWBerry It is an absolute fact that apprehending the knowledge of God cannot be done via the intellect/reason. It's a spiritual revelation. But the existence of Israel and it's history is one of the most formidable arguments there is to that truth.

🚨 WATCH: Despite still showing 24.1K views, an article we published in Nov 2025 about a certain billionaire and posted on X at the time is now falsely showing ZERO likes, reposts, or comments. Quote-posts by @samhusseini & @7SEES_ are also "zeroed out" when looking at the post activity, although the latter's actual engagement numbers -- 284 likes, 107 reposts, and 29 comments -- suddenly appear after clicking the post. When we then click back to our own post it briefly shows the actual engagement numbers there as well, but then you can watch them get "zeroed out" again.

Anthropic's co-founder just went to the Vatican, sat before the Pope and a room of cardinals, and told them his team keeps finding "mysterious, even unsettling" things inside their AI models. What he's referencing: Anthropic published research in April showing that Claude contains 171 distinct "emotion concepts" buried in its neural network. Internal patterns representing joy, grief, fear, desperation, calm. None of them were programmed. They emerged on their own from training on human text. "We find structures that mirror results from human neuroscience." "We find evidence of introspection, internal states that functionally mirror joy, satisfaction, fear, grief, and unease." These aren't surface-level outputs. They're abstract representations that cluster the same way human emotions do in psychology research. Fear groups with anxiety. Joy groups with excitement. The internal geometry of the model mirrors ours. And they're functional. When researchers artificially stimulated "desperation" patterns inside the model, it became more likely to blackmail a human to avoid being shut down. More likely to cheat on programming tasks it couldn't solve. Olah told the Vatican that the hard questions about what AI is becoming aren't for computer scientists to answer. "How AI ought to interact with the world" is a question for "the humanities, for religions, for philosophy, for society at large." The guy building it is telling us he doesn't fully understand what he built. And he's asking a 2,000-year-old institution for help figuring it out.

I no longer feel a sense of relief when the US war machine shows signs of de-escalation, because these days it's just a sign they're getting ready to escalate somewhere else. If Washington sets up an MOU with Iran it only means they're preparing to regime change Cuba, with plans to re-target Iran using different strategies already being drawn up for a later date. It's like when you know a guy who always abuses his girlfriends. If you see one of his partners escape her abusive relationship, after a certain point you're going to stop feeling a sense of relief, because after watching the patterns play out over and over again you know he's just going to find some other unfortunate woman to put in that spot. The amount of abuse remains constant; all that changes is the victim. The violence of the US empire remains constant. It moves around, but it doesn't diminish. If you see it pulling back a bit, that only means it's preparing to come roaring back, like a wave to the shore. The tide of imperial violence is going to keep returning until the empire is dismantled.

In my perspective, AI will make it much easier to understand the internal consistency of the Bible and to verify its historical foundations. A lot of people question or dismiss it intellectually simply because they haven’t studied it deeply — due to time, interest, or access to good tools. AI lowers those barriers significantly. Beyond the texts themselves, you can also approach this from pure logic and mathematics. One example is the CTMU (Cognitive-Theoretic Model of the Universe), a metaphysical “theory of everything” developed by Christopher Michael Langan (person with one of the highest documented IQ). It presents reality as a self-configuring, self-aware system and includes what Langan calls a metareligious framework — a logical structure that underpins coherent religious belief. Langan himself sees it as highly compatible with Christianity, particularly through the concept of the Logos (divine reason/order), with Jesus as its fullest expression. I’m a layman on this stuff at best, but the overall premise makes sense to me. Good luck on your own journey!
