@SW_Help Mostly, staff were very helpful where they could be. There’s just never enough linking up info between Waterloo and other stations and it happens all the time

@SW_Help Hi, got to Woking and now on train to Salisbury. Was told at Waterloo to get one train to Woking then told seconds before leaving that it was now NOT going there had to sprint to different platform, making it with seconds to spare. No info or advice anywhere.
