@JackRuddock @TalkTalk If you’re router shows a solid white light then you could be without till Friday. If it’s solid amber then it’s just awaiting this outage fix which won’t take till Friday

@virginmedia's customer support is awful. Phone call 1 - I was told my box which is over heating is fine and there's nothing they can do. I was also told I'm not able to raise a complaint. Phone call 2 - I was told I'll be put on a brief hold. Still on the call now...

@JackRuddock If there is a red light on the hub, this is the overheating indicator so in the first instance, we'd ask you to turn the hub off to allow it to cool. The hub should be kept out in the open and well ventilated. If it is still hot to touch then this would need replacing. ^AB

@virginmedia I was told the complete opposite on the first phone call. I let the agent know I've factory reset the router. She then went on to tell me there was nothing would do.
