I built an AI agent that interviews our customers for us. It runs 1-1 conversations, asks follow-ups, and collects way richer feedback than any survey. Wrote up how I did it with @elevenlabs Agents:

We used ElevenLabs Agents to conduct over 230 customer interviews for our @elevenreader app in under 24 hours. Live customer interviews deliver deep insights but don’t scale. Surveys scale easily but lose nuance. Conversational agents bridge that gap - combining the depth of natural dialogue with the reach of automation.

Hi @matiii and @ElevenLabs — love what you’re building. I’ve been listening to audiobooks since 2009, and I really appreciate ElevenReader’s push to make more books available in audio. Is it expected that some books still cost $20+ even with an Ultra subscription? That feels pretty steep. Also, a wishlist / save-for-later button in the iOS app would make books much easier to track.

i connected elevenlabs voice agent to a retro rotary phone, and put it in a red british telephone box its currently exhibited at London AI Engineer summit, and quizzes the attendees on the history of British AI!

@danhockenmaier @elevenreader Yeah definitely want to support better imports by preserving logged-in states (WSJ, FT, The Info) and X has (for obv reasons) made it tougher to grab web text

My conversation with Peter Steinberger (@steipete) is now translated & dubbed into German. Huge thank you to ElevenLabs (@elevenlabs) and @matiii for making it happen. It's available here and on YouTube where you can switch audio tracks by clicking the gear icon > Audio Tracks > select German. I have a lot of hope for this application of AI to break down barriers that language creates, and no one does it better than @elevenlabs. The whole ElevenLabs team has been really fun & inspiring to work with.
