@arrivanortheast how are people meant to get to work if you keep cancelling the buses. I have seen more 43 buses cancelled than running lately. No point having my weekly pass if I have to keep paying for taxis!

@Ask_DP Hi I placed an order on 20.02.21 it is apparently with Hermes and has been for weeks but no delivery date as of yet. I've tried the help line at Hermes but the automated response is useless. Can someone please get back to me.
