Pederasty was not created by gay men. Ancient Greece hated gays. The men who participated in it were mostly bi or hetero.

Historically, gays and lesbians did not get along with bisexuals. They didn’t have representation in the community until the early 90s. In the past, the bisexuals were too afraid to be seen with us, for fear of association in the public eye. They showed up, in secret, for sex and parties, while doing no fights for equality, and went back to heterosexual lives. Hence, why we didn’t historically get along. Prior to the 90s, the community was all gays and lesbians.

The turn down this road was made in 1973 when the American Psychiatric Association gave in to bullies and called it "science". At least recognizing homosexuality as a disorder recognized it as real and rejected hatred of homosexuals. Classically considered sin, it came to be treated as a disorder. When that was rejected it was declared a choice. Homosexuals rejected that notion however as it didn't fit their experience. Logically, if it isn't a choice, and it interferes with reproductive instincts, then it must be a disorder, else the construct of disorder is arbitrary. Once the road of arbitrary declarations and unreason is chosen, then it can lead anywhere eventually.

Reading your replies, people are correctly explaining to you that it’s the TQ+ you have issue with (not the LGB) and you don’t care to hear it… and I don’t blame you for feeling this way. We’ve been fighting to separate from the moment they added everything past the B because of this very reason. We knew that if we disagree with the crazy positions and ideology that the TQ+ are pushing on women, children, and even gay people, that obviously straight people are going to disagree as well. The organizations and nonprofits that were supposed to be representing us didn’t listen to us because the “gay money” was drying up as we grew closer to receiving gay marriage legalization. These orgs quickly slapped the “TQ+” at the end of LGB and hijacked our orgs and suddenly they started receiving hundreds of millions to push “trans issues.” No amount of pressure is going to get them off their cash cow. Gay issues aren’t lucrative, trans issues on the other hand, are— and there’s tons of industries that have vested interest in keeping the trans money train going. A trans person is projected to cost between 500K-1M in surgeries, hospitalization, medications, therapies, etc. over their lifetime. This activism is was too lucrative for these industries to ignore. So it was a done deal, our orgs continue to throw us under the bus so they can keep the money flowing. They then proceeded to literally rewrite gay history while highlighting only those who support their insane positions and actively ostracized all the normal gay people who spoke out against it. So again, I don’t blame you for feeling the way you do. We knew that this would happen because the common person doesn’t have the insight into this underground conflict. Our only hope is that straight people learn to differentiate the common LGB person who wants to be left alone from the TQ+ activism that pushes this garbage on children, women, and young gay people. But again, even if you learn these differences there’s a 100 million more people just like you who won’t, so it is what it is. There’s not much else people like me can do but speak up and sit back and watch everyone blame us because our organizations were too spineless and selfish to speak out against it.
