@Daily_Hotspur Sign Palhinha & Adam Wharton. Sell Sarr, loan Bergvall, let Bissouma walk. Midfield of Maddison, Gallagher, Bentancur, Wharton, Palhinha, Gray. These are the levels we need to be at.

Thank you to Conor Gallagher and Joao Palhinha for your efforts in keeping #thfc in the Premier League… But lazy recruitment like that got us here in the first place… They're both fighters which you need in a relegation battle, but when you're looking to play on front foot, Spurs will need MUCH better. RDZ may want him, but then don't bother fooling fans with lines about wanting to attack and play with possession. Midfield is the weakest area in the squad but also the most saturated, we cannot keep adding players to the squad when we need at least two starters. Whoever is putting this Spurs squad together is doing a horrendous job.

I was told in the week that Spurs may be looking at Matt O’Riley. And just been confirmed that they are interested. Were looking to strengthen midfield even before the likely departure of Palhinha. Even more so now. Serious interest in O’Riley.

And on top of the enquiries Spurs have made for Summerville, Paixao and Gibbs-White, they have now approached Manchester City to ask for the terms for Savinho. Were linked previously. Spurs clearly targeting players to strengthen wingers and number 10’s. I’m also told they will go all out for a number 9.
