Went for a run today and I couldn’t help but just feel immensely grateful to be financially secure enough to be able to live in this beautiful place and raise both of my kids here
Yes, this is my hometown, but it’s also one of the most expensive counties in America to live in and just being from here doesn’t mean you get to stay here….
So many people I know have moved away, and it was never because they wanted to, sadly it’s usually because they just couldn’t afford to make it happen here any longer
This is an area where you can make $100K a year and still be broke AF
I’m by no means balling out of control, but we did buy a $925K house a couple years ago which is something I never thought a kid like me would ever be able to achieve
But forget about that, what I think is far more important is the fact that for the last 22 years, I haven’t had to work a “real job” because I’ve always been able to find a way to make good money using the internet
That’s what I’m most proud of, owning my time and being able to be where I want to be when I want to be there
This means more time with the wife and kids, more vacations; more memories and most of all the being able to provide my family with the security and stability that I never had growing up
Because once you learn how to make money on the internet, I promise you, you’re never going back to that 9-5 job that you hate
The biggest opportunity RN online is the amazon influencer program and TikTok shop affiliate
If these would have been around when I started selling on amazon in 2004, I wouldn’t have ever started
Comment AIP to catch the wave before it’s too late 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

@Sole_Republican U running a crazy operation bro. Im excited to see how u r doing in a few months

1 prep station take up 500 sqft
it take about 10 people to full optimize a station.
On avg each person should be able to prep 80 order a hour so in 1 day if the station is fully optimize we should be able to prep 6.4k order a station a day.
So we would need a minum of 1k sqft for just the prep station (2 station), and 20 people.

Thread time:
We are still very far away and have a lot of work to do. It's not going to happen while sitting on my ass, but here is my vision.
We are currently running a 2.1 sell-through and a 15% gross margin.
By the end of this month, we need to get it to a 2.5 sell-through with a 17% gross margin.
(Totally realistic in my opinion.)
We currently have $210k in inventory. With our current metrics, we would be doing $340k in sales on a rolling 30. However, I have $43k in transit to Amazon and a $75k PO this week that I’m pushing to get prepped and checked into Amazon by the end of the month.
If everything goes as expected next month, we should run a gross profit of $85k or $60k net.
$20k would go to loans, making us cash flow $40k.
I am going to stay super disciplined and reinvest everything. At our current business metrics, if reinvested at 20% ROI per month (this is undercutting it realistically it’s more, but that is going to be our buffer) for the next 12 months, we should come out with $1.5 million in equity if we keep it all in the business.
At that point, we should be pushing $3.5 million in sales per month with $470k gross or $350k net.
Now, the problem I see myself running into is logistics. I have plenty of opportunity with my suppliers to be able to spend an additional $1.5 million a month, however the biggest issue I see us having is time, since I am still the only buyer.
I would need to hire another buyer and maybe another admin person.
Even if we solve that problem, with these new numbers we would need to be able to produce 275k–300k units a month, or about 9.2k–10k units a day.
We don’t have the space for that, so moving into a bigger warehouse in the next few months will be important, along with hiring enough people to prep the product.
(I am 95% confident in our warehouse SOP to handle these numbers we just need to hire people.)
Just to sum it up: we’ve got a lot of work to do. These are very ambitious numbers, and I’m probably stupid for putting them out there, but it holds me accountable. 🚀

250k/m net is mad, literally what I tell people to stop paying yourself out too early.

English

@JacobAsh_FBA How much did you borrow. How fast you paid it and how much interest did you pay?
English

@TonyGainzzz I pay off these loans early so i only pay like 300-500$ in fees or something like that and you pay it back once every 2 weeks. Imo its pretty solid. Only thing i wish i could do is pay it back in bigger chunks. Its either the payment amount or the full loan.
English

@TonyGainzzz So i currently borrowed 20k selected a 45 day window to start paying back the stuff. Hypothetically I wouldve paid it off already but a supplier charged my card that 0% is about to expire so I got to focus on that. Ima pay back 2182.80$ if i let it run fully.

You know the guys those Amazon seller gurus bash on for low value sales and low value profit? Yeah well,
Hi I'm Johnny, and I'm that guy they bash on. We make about $1.70 a unit, but we move around 21K units a month. By Q1, we’re on track to be selling over 1K units a day.
Have any question? My DM are open😴😴

Countless zooms, phone calls, emails, and value provided

Who is the absolute best at brand direct on Amazon?
Someone who can get on a call with a $20m D2C brand who wants to hand off Amazon / has no presence and they’d feel comfortable saying yes to you.
Ideally strong track record of existing brands, even better if they have a physical warehouse.
Let’s talk. I may have 10+ brands to work with someone on.

This is either backpedaling or a failure to grasp their own metaphor.
You can't say arbitrage is like securing a spot on the Titanic and then say no model will die in the next breath.
The Titanic is at the bottom of the sea 😂.

English

@JacobAsh_FBA @Sole_Republican It's not a course, but yes, I sell. That's not the point.
I don't proclaim other models "dead" in order to sell mine. They all work.
I take exception to the marketing method, the false dichotomy, not selling.
English

How much you wanna bet there's a wholesale or PL course for sale in the bio?
Operation Amazon@OperationAMZ
Putting all of your money into an Amazon arbitrage business in 2025 is like fighting for a seat on the Titanic.

@Sole_Republican @ChrisRacic Oh 100%. They are legit tho they collab with a bunch of big names like jonah and 1000asins. They post alot of stuff on yt, have their own warehouse etc.
English

@JacobAsh_FBA @ChrisRacic And on the other hand there people claim they doing million a year on Amazon but never show there production just there sales, and when asking them questions on there production all they say is they hire people they trust to handle it.

@Sole_Republican @ChrisRacic I know Operation posts it on their youtube of their warehouse/operations

@ChrisRacic I don’t trust anyone who just show there muti million dollar sales chart but not there operation
