It was a privilege to present a copy of my book, “Primary Healthcare in Tanzania Through a Health Systems Lens: A History of Struggle for Universal Health Coverage,” to Dr. Mugisha Nkoroko, President of the Medical Association of Tanzania (MAT), during the National Medical Congress.
I believe that the lessons shared in this book—grounded in Tanzania’s journey—offer valuable insights for the wider ECSA region as we collectively strive toward stronger primary healthcare systems and the achievement of Universal Health Coverage.
Those interested in accessing the book can find it via the link in my bio or directly at ntuli.net
Together, let us continue fostering dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and regional collaboration to advance health for all across the ECSA region.
