I would advise anyone arranging travel plans in the future to avoid booking with @bookingcom. Their cancellation terms, even at times like this, is if you cancel you lose the full cost of your holiday.
@bookingcom I have requested a receipt for a property stay for over 4 months. No receipt and no solution has been presented. Michael the supervisor says " the only thing we can do is ask the property". To this day nothing has happened and I'm am being told there is no recourse.
