I have been watching lawyers an analysts talk about this and it will most likely do no good. There are other mergers that were MUCH bigger than this, like Disney and Fox, Disney & Marvel, Disney & Lucasfilm, that dwarf this. Paramount still wouldn't be at the levels of even Netflix, let alone Disney. So, it is likely to be thrown out in court.
