@inquirerdotnet @GabrielLaluINQ Napakasinungaling nila! I was there! I can attest ang mga volunteers umiikot with their big black trash bags kinocollect ang basura. Even the youth makikita mo pagtayo hawak hawak empty bottles and other garbage.
