@JDSports purchased an item online on the 20th December that I need to return. Returns portal asks for the 9 digit order number however mine is only 8 digits long. Can I return this in store?

@Translink_NI My brother has been sitting at the Greystone bus stop in Antrim for 2 hours waiting on a bus to get into Belfast City Centre. Is there service disruptions or what is the issue here?
@ThreeUKSupport I was advised to setup a payment plan with the debt collections agency for something that wasn’t my fault. My house will be black listed now and I’ll never get credit again.
@ThreeUKSupport We were under the impression that the direct debit that was set up in store at the time the contract was took out was being sent to Three every month but we learnt on the phone the other day that Three had never received a bill payment from the contract started in July 2020
@ThreeUKSupport Ok, I will contact them again. The other issue we have is the £400 bill that arrived. We have had no prior communication regarding billing issues. What can be done here?
@JadeMcCrainor If you're still within your warranty period then we would ask you to contact Huawei and advise them of the issues you're having with the device. They would then details how to proceed forward regarding a possible repair -Scott
@ThreeUKSupport That’s different from what the in store colleague told us. It’s a Huawei Nova. We contacted Huawei and the told us to try some things, that haven’t worked. Should we try sending away to them for repair?
@JadeMcCrainor We don't have any repair centres, so we'd be unable to repair a faulty handset. What model of phone do you have and have you contacted the manufacturer of the phone yet? -Chris
@ThreeUKSupport and because the in-store colleague didn’t put any notes in the system we were told on the phone the other day that there was nothing they could do. Very stressed as I don’t know where I’m getting £400 from before March 5th
@ThreeUKSupport In the store we were told it couldn’t be sent away for repair because of COVID. A member of staff took our SIM out and put it in a different phone and it worked and they told us our phone was the fault but they never actioned anything
