@JadeMcCrainor @AerLingus I’d totally recommend it - I was an hour & 15 mins on the phone, but when she answered she took the names of all the ppl there, brought us through staff security (don’t 4get your passport) & into the arrivals hall. We got to search for our bags & got mine back 🙌

@AerLingus is there anyone working the baggage enquiry desk in Dublin airport? Been on the ‘courtesy’ phone for an hour with no answer. Same on Thursday. I have a claim number but no update since I generated it 😡

Shocking service from @AerLingus - they lost my bag & buggy on flight from Malaga to Dublin and I’m unable to contact them through any of there communication channels. I even went back out to the airport….How long are we going to keep accepting this appalling service? 🤬
