@LisaRBriscoe @marksandspencer I stood in the bizarre multiple queuing system at Middlebrook too there was no obvious explanation for having to que for a paper invoice (surely the same as email confirmation!?) then again for your order staff were trying hard it was all just …very odd!

Ridiculous of @marksandspencer at middlebrook queuing for my food I ordered months ago. No problem with queuing but why 2 ques . 1 to get an invoice 1 to get the food . 🤯🤯🤯

I wish call centres would stop playing automatic messages saying "sorry we are taking longer to answer your call than normal" EVERY time we call. This should not be set up as a default. If it is a default then delay isn't longer than normal, it is normal!

Social media gives us a perception of access to people’s lives without relationship with them, so we think we know people based on what they choose to share. It’s a warped view. There are a million layers to a person that will never be revealed by the posts they make.

This is the problem with local restrictions. Once they’re in, they tend to stay in. And the longer they’re in, the more the anomalies/injustices grow. Either Ministers close hospitality in places with high cases with compensation. Or let Bolton’s open today. It’s that simple.
