Yep. Judge Kaplan’s rulings in the cases violated due process through obvious bias. Excluding Carroll’s 2019 CNN clip (where she flippantly said “rape is sexy, think of the fantasies”), while allowing the 2005 Access Hollywood tape, influenced the jury in a district that was already 85% Biden voters. The Second Circuit denied a fair trial on appeal. Carroll’s timeline was vague. It all could've happened in 1995 or 1996...she's really not sure. 🙄 She framed rape as erotic. She minimized her experience by saying, "it was three minutes, I could handle it”. She has a history of provocative, dramatic writing which blurs fact and fiction. And, the only two witnesses were her friends. Nobody from the store, nobody impartial. The whole thing is rotten.
