@mintflint656 @chakravartiiin Without the US NATO is still the worlds second largest military. China has no interest in NATO , so no idea where that comes from. Same with the Middle East. Yeah Russia will be antagonistic, but frankly their military is corrupt to the core and they can’t take Ukraine.

@TheManUn1tedLad @MUFC95270157 @Jimsbiggermouth @AcademyScoop Well what would you call illegal Israeli settlements then? They’re an occupying force and have been for a long time. And I think kicking people out of their homes and placing them in an effective open air prison for decades is enough to radicalise them into violent acts for sure.

@MUFC95270157 @Jimsbiggermouth @AcademyScoop Lets get this straight calling it an ‘occupation’ is incorrect & Blaming decades of alleged ‘occupation’ to rationalize killing innocents is absurd. The reality is simple: this isnt resistance it’s murder and calling it otherwise doesnt make it any less horrific. Hamas=terrorist

What has two thumbs and an inability to sleep at night because the heat has sapped them of their vitality and left them a corpse lain on a mattress slowly sinking into it, though falling perniciously through the halls of hell itself? 👍🤪👍

@_imey @GoslingCrypt0 @Freddie_0611 @jamus_thfc @4hm4d_m1rza lmaaooo i'd rather my 'reductionist' view of history than your false view of reality - can't believe i missed that big genocide of british people that's been happening hahahahaha. mate look outside, it's a lovely day, go for a walk, have a pint and get over yourself

Your view of history is so reductionist as to be absurd. The history of everywhere on the planet can be tritely summarised as, "migration in and out". That doesn't mean it's always or necessarily a good thing. Large scale migration is typically associated with large scale violence, rape, genocide, or cultural decapitation. Enslavement was the exception, not the rule, in the British Empire. Plenty of recent migrants to the UK have killed indigenous British people.

@_imey @GoslingCrypt0 @Freddie_0611 @jamus_thfc @4hm4d_m1rza I actually can looooool. When we did it we went to their countries killing and enslaving entire villages. They're coming over here, supporting our football teams and improving our food lol. Our country's entire history is migration in and out. That's literally what Britain is.

@GoslingCrypt0 @_imey @Freddie_0611 @jamus_thfc @4hm4d_m1rza Mass migration has been happening for millennia mate, and nobody did it harder than the British. You can’t build a globe-spanning empire and move people around for centuries, then act surprised when some of them end up here. Frankly... get over it

@JakeBean95 @_imey @Freddie_0611 @jamus_thfc @4hm4d_m1rza So because Brits’ ancestors were the best at the game everyone was playing (colonialism), their ancestors have to turn their country into something unrecognizable through mass migration and demographic change? Otherwise you’re raaycist?

@_imey @Freddie_0611 @jamus_thfc @4hm4d_m1rza Aye whatever pal, unfortunately though our ancestors went over to these people’s countries and threw them into chaos. End result is simply you reap what you sow - they’re children of the British Empire just like we are, as far as I’m concerned they’re more than welcome here.

@XuberantSoul23 @elonmusk I know right. Like over here we don’t like our kids being shot in schools. Or making people go bankrupt to afford basic healthcare. Crazy commie values, it’s a real dystopia!!

Encyclopædia Britannica will continue to use ‘Gulf of Mexico’ for a few reasons: -We serve an international audience, a majority of which is outside the U.S. -The Gulf of Mexico is an international body of water, and the U.S.’s authority to rename it is ambiguous. 🧵⬇️
