Still nothing from @amazon /@AmazonHelp . 139$ a year for basically nonexistent security on their site. Piss poor customer service. Piss poor account support.

Got my amazon account back for about 6 hours before it got hacked again. Seems like security on that site is non existent. Now I wait another 48 hours to get it back...again. @amazon @AmazonHelp do better.

@AmazonHelp No emails. Yall make it simple as hell for hackers to do what they want with zero and I mean absolutely zero authorization..yet people who get hacked have to wait up to 72 hours for a "review" even with a. I have the literal email they used. B. Multiple ways to verify it's me.
