With the new fee structure, if we reach 1M TPS, it would cost 1 BSV per 1M transactions, which would be unrealistic and would mean that BSV would no longer be a scalable chain. I don't like that.

Actually and it is my strong opinion, if there was a review of the court case itself, going over the court case in detail, going over Wrights testimony, and the opposition expert testimony, and other pieces, including communication with oppositional views before, during and after trail before final decision, the panel of judges would likely conclude the judge acted with or was influenced with bias, or made improper judicial decisions, warranting an appeal. However their process for appeal, isn’t such that fairness is necessarily extended. It was so large in terms of pieces of information that it is easy to get lost. Wrights explanations were not tested.
