I know costs are going up erverywhere, but how can Diamond justify increasing our multi-car premium by 50% @AdmiralUK - we've been customers for years and had no claims, and this is our reward for loyalty? From £870 to £1300 for multi-car is a rip off.

Important message to anyone who's trying to make a travel claim with Iberia. There is a scam account @Iberia_en_ that looks legit but tries to then get you to download a money transfer app to process your claim and steal money from you.

@Iberia_en They ask for mobile to message via WhatsApp, then try and get you to download World Remit app, lying that it's to transfer you money but clearly, as they're calling from Kenya and asking you to setup a Transfer in Kenya Shillings, it's a bloody scam!

Dear @Iberia_en not sure if you're aware of this account but they're targeting your customers. I was blocked as soon as I realised and tweeted.

@NolanAntonucci @1Serwin @harleyf The problem is always thus: using terminology to give the illusion of strategy and a plan. I like how omnichannel differs to multichannel in putting the customer experience at the heart of planning and building tech & user journeys on that basis.

@JamesGurd @1Serwin @harleyf Very fair. If I'm going to throw shade on the term 'omnichannel', I should have a better alternative, which I don't. I've just seen enough people circle lots of different challenges as something as ominchannel strategy would address and it seems to blur the different facets.

@NolanAntonucci @1Serwin @harleyf The industry is obsessed with terminology. And changing it. I personally think omnichannel makes sense but i'm a Luddite. My kids would verify this if they knew what a Luddite was.
