@123regHelp I have received a renewal notice regarding a domain (countynetworks.com). I have checked the whois record and 123reg show as the registrar - however when I log in to my dashboard the domain does not show? Please email me (you can look that up) with advice?

@firstdirecthelp I'm overseas and can't login to my account on app nor online. I cannot access chat therefore. Online I enter my username (verified) and the screen just returns to the opening screen with my username entered (last few digits as asterisks) - I can't get past this

@firstdirecthelp I never use a search engine, I always use the direct link to the FD website (as I've been doing since FD started, I was one of their first customers) - I've tried Safari and Chrome browsers on PC, Mac, iPhone and iPad - same result each time - I am asked for USERNAME

@firstdirecthelp Hi Cassie - the app (I used to be ok with faceID but now it asks for digital secure key password - that doesn't work and refers me to online - online page asks only for username - I've verified this and entered it but it just returns to opening screen
